Assistant Superintendent of Personnel
Biography
Luke Hogue brings over 30 years of experience in public education to his role as Assistant Superintendent of Personnel. His background includes serving as a classroom teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Mr. Hogue holds degrees from the University of Nebraska and the California State University system.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hogue has presented across the state on key topics such as effective data-driven practices, parent engagement, Response to Intervention (RTI), special education programs, leadership development, and staff training. His commitment to education and employee success is reflected in his dedication to building strong, professional relationships with all staff and ensuring a workplace that is respectful, inclusive, and supportive of all employees.
