Commitment to Professional Conduct and Ethical Standards

At Greenfield Union School District, we hold our employees to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. All staff members are expected to demonstrate integrity, comply with District policies and regulations, adhere to applicable state and federal laws, and exercise sound judgment in all interactions with students, families, colleagues, and members of the community.

 

District employees are expected to conduct themselves in ways that uphold the public trust, support the mission of the District’s educational programs, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive school environment.

We encourage our employees to adopt and uphold the professional standards and ethical codes established by recognized educational and professional organizations to which they may belong. These guiding principles support continuous improvement and professional excellence across all roles.

 

Each employee is responsible for acquiring and applying the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their duties effectively and to support the academic success and well-being of every student in the Greenfield Union School District.
