Employee Evaluations

Greenfield Union School District is committed to maintaining high standards of professional excellence. Routine and comprehensive evaluations play a critical role in promoting accountability, recognizing employee achievements, and supporting continuous improvement across all staff roles.

 

The evaluation process is designed to highlight exemplary performance while also identifying areas in need of growth. When improvement is necessary, employees are expected to take ownership of their professional development. The District encourages proactive engagement in this process, including seeking support, participating in staff development opportunities, and utilizing available resources such as individualized guidance and coaching.

 

All employee evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with procedures outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBA), where relevant, and shall be based on clearly defined, job-specific performance standards.

 

Through meaningful and constructive evaluations, the District aims to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth for all employees.
