Applications for the 2024-2025 After School SUCCESS Program are now available at all OPEN summer school sites.
Enrollment is NOT on a first come first serve basis. Some students may be added to a waitlist and be placed later as space becomes available.
You may pick up an application at the following schools:
Crescent Elementary
Crescent Elementary
Fairview Elementary
Granite Pointe Elementary
Horizon Elementary
Planz Elementary - *NOTE: Palla’s parents/guardians can pick up an application at Planz.
Prosperity Elementary - *NOTE: Kendrick’s parents/guardians can pick up an application at Prosperity.
Valle Verde Elementary
Greenfield Middle School (GMS) - *NOTE: Students who will be in 6th grade next year will need to pick up and drop off the application at GMS. MMS and OMS parents/guardians can pick up an application at GMS.

recoger una solicitud en la escuela Greenfield al igual que padres de alumnos que van a Ollivier o McKee.
