Extended Day Care Program
REGISTRATION PACKETS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR ARE AVAILABLE NOW AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE.
UPDATE: February 22, 2021 - Please see the attached letter regarding updates for Daycare.
The Extended Day Care (EDC) Program is a positive alternative for working parents in need of child care. It is our purpose to provide a planned program for children in kindergarten through fifth grade during designated hours before/after school.
The EDC Program is a school district program, approved annually by the Greenfield Union School District Board of Trustees. Fees provide the salaries for staff, daily snacks, materials, and all other expenses of the program.
Enrollment will be open to any qualifying child provided the EDC Program can meet the needs of that child.
The EDC Programs are located at Granite Pointe, Palla, and Valle Verde Elementary School. Greenfield School District provides bussing for kindergartners at Horizon School to be transported to Valle Verde Daycare and for kindergartners at Plantation to Palla.
