We have created a list of frequently asked questions below. Thank you in advance for helping us create a strong start to the new school year. We are Greenfield, Dedicated to Children.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the PDC?  The Parent Data Confirmation system is our database that collects your students’ emergency contact information. Should an incident happen with your student during school hours, it is imperative that our staff has the most up to date contact information.

Do I need to fill out the PDC for every one of my students? Yes. Every student, at every school in our district needs to have their information filled out.

What happens if I miss the deadline? Missing this deadline requires a parent or guardian to visit the school in person, complete a paper packet, and wait for staff to manually enter the information. This creates room for human input error and delays our access to critical safety information for your student.
