The Greenfield Family Resource Center, in partnership with Clinica Sierra Vista and Kern Family Health Care will host a Back-to-School Health Fair on Saturday, August 10th from 8:30am to 12:30pm at our Community School campus located at 725 Capitola Dr. 

 

This event is open to our Greenfield USD students and their families. To save your place in line, you can book your appointment by calling 833-678-271 or scan the QR code on the attached  flyer.

 

Clinica Sierra Vista will offer immunizations, health screenings, sports physicals and more. The GFRC will have resources to provide dental and vision checkups. Our community partners will also giveaway backpacks. 

 

We would like to remind you that incoming seventh-grade students must have their updated TDAP immunization and incoming TK and Kindergarteners must have an updated physical on record.
